I'm a Palm Springs local who loves capturing the joy on your special days. I'm happy you're here!
Laura and Max are awesome. They made my life so easy…as they were SO laid back and their whole bridal party was a riot! They are from Canada and decided to have a destination wedding down here in beautiful Palm Springs.. however, the 90 degree weather was a bit hot for them. (What is 90 degrees in celsius??!…I think that was the debate of the day!!) Laura is such a classic beauty, it made it easy to get quick shots of her in the sun before we ran for the shade.
I mean…the house they rented for the week was amazing! A photographers dream!
Such pretty ladies! I loved the simplicity of their bouquets!
Oh the boys…
Had to get a little beatles action!
And some ping pong..
My favorite part of their wardrobe was their awesome socks, which were made by Max’s friend’s company at Good Luck Sock.
Then things just got silly….
What do boys do when they are waiting for girls to get ready?! Read some scandalous novels of course…
Laura’s bouquet as well as all of her flowers were done by Mary at Jensen’s in Palm Springs! She’s a hidden gem!
That balloon…that was the hardest thing to transport! Don’t let the size in this photo fool you, we could barely fit one in the limo. We had to hold it outside the window and just drive slow….really slow.
I mean…REALLLYYY?!
These two are adorable!
We wanted to make sure to get some Palm Springs mountains in the photos..and I love how they turned out!
They had their ceremony at the beautiful Spencer’s Restaurant in Palm Springs.. where they were showered with yellow petals as soon as they were married!
Loved all of the classy details & patterns! These two travelled the world more than I’ve ever heard of…so each table was a place of importance to them. Including a Palm Springs table!
Each guest was allowed to take a post card of old Palm Springs and mail it to the couple. Such a cute idea.
Laura came out in the cutest reception dress by Ivy and Astor called Plume. Loved how she was able to dance the night away with Max in it! 🙂
Thank you so much Laura and Max for allowing me to capture your special day!!
